Welcome to Golden Aspen Acres. A small family owned business in Bangor, MI dedicated to breeding healthy puppies who are adaptable and full of personality. Our Golden Retrievers have proven to be wonderful family dogs to us and to each family they have been placed with. We hope to share the joy of this wonderful breed with you.

    Nate and I met while working on a ranch in Colorado and lucky for me he was willing to come to Michigan so we could pursue a relatinship closer to my family. We got married in Fall of 2021 and added Aspen to our little family in February of 2022. She quickly stole our hearts making us fall in love with the breed. 

    Our life changed completely when we welcomed our daughter into our life in March of 2025 at which time I quit my 9 to 5 to run our boarding stable and raise Emelia. We adore her and love being parents. 

      We now live in Bangor, MI and are the crazy people who live on a family compound, raising our kids along side my sister's family and our parents. I am passionate about many things including my faith, our family, our community, and the golden retriever breed.
